Position: Construction Project Manager
Location: Jupiter, FL
Pay Rate: $115,000-$135,000 Salary Based On Experience

Required Skillsets:
5+ years of experience in related construction fields as a Project Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or applicable discipline and experience relative to project size/scope
Strong Commercial Ground Up Construction Experience in Floriday
Proficient with the use of office equipment and computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks/projects with little supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Day to Day:
Lead and Communicate with Superintendent, Subcontractors and Vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule.
• Administer financial aspects of the Owner’s contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Build effective working relationships with clients and the project team members.
• Project Start-Up:
o Review the Prime Contract and contract documents and setup the Project within Procore.
o Ensure all current drawings are loaded into Procore and that the drawing log is always updated and current.
• Purchasing process and Project buy-out:
o Work hand-in-hand with the Estimator to manage the sub list and buy-out for the project.
o Write and issue scopes of work and individual trade’s subcontract agreements.
o Distribute and log subcontracts, write required contract riders and purchase orders, and confirm compliance with project insurance requirements.
• Project Closeout:
o Understand each project’s closeout and document/material delivery requirements and track and archive them throughout the project.
o Manage subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training and punch list process.
o Deliver all warranties, as-builts and training to the owner.
• Maintain and track project information in Procore as required including:
o Set up all new projects in Procore.
o Manage and distribute submittals through Procore obtaining AE/Owner approval and redistributing them with any comments to the necessary subcontractor.
o Manage and issue all RFIs and track them to closure to provide required responses to the subcontractors with questions.
• Assist the Superintendents as necessary throughout the project and provide all information necessary to help them perform their daily duties.
- • Walk all projects throughout the week to monitor safety to ensure all OSHA requirements are enforced and to enforce Quality Control throughout the project.
