TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, CANDIDATES MUST DEMONSTRATE AN ABILITY TO TYPE AT LEAST 55 WPM BY COMPLETEING A TYPING ASSESSMENT.
Job Duties
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Establishes policies by entering client information.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintains and improves quality assurance and results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes Firm sign-up mission by completing related results as needed
Requirements
- Must be able to type 55+ WPM
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be flexible to work some weekends
