Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and technically adept Techno-Functional Solution Lead with expertise in digital marketing platforms for a leading medical device organization. This role is deeply technical, focusing on building, integrating, and maintaining robust digital marketing solutions within a regulated, compliance-driven environment. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and implementing solutions across platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Marketo, and Highspot. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and data analytics platforms. This position is key to enabling scalable, compliant, and data-driven marketing operations while aligning with enterprise application strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership:
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for digital marketing technologies, with deep expertise in Adobe, Marketo, and Highspot.
- Design, implement, and manage integrations between marketing platforms and core enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data warehouses).
- Lead the technical configuration, customization, and optimization of marketing automation platforms.
- Solution Architecture & Development:
- Architect solutions to optimize marketing workflows, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Build scalable data pipelines to support campaign analytics and reporting in collaboration with the data team.
- Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory standards, including HIPAA, FDA guidelines, and GDPR.
- Implement robust data security and privacy protocols for marketing platforms and integrations.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for all technical configurations and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Advanced knowledge of AEM implementation, customization, and integration.
- Marketo: Hands-on experience in automating marketing workflows and integrating with CRM systems.
- Highspot: Familiarity with deploying and managing sales enablement platforms.
- Enterprise Integrations: Expertise in APIs, middleware, and tools like Mulesoft, Boomi, or similar for connecting platforms.
- Data Management: Experience working with enterprise data warehouses, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
- Other Required Skills:
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for custom development.
- Strong understanding of cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Experience:
- 5+ years in a technical leadership role implementing and managing digital marketing solutions.
- Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or similarly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing complex integrations in a large enterprise environment.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certifications in Adobe, Marketo, or Highspot are a plus.
- Relevant training in regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is a bonus.
