*** We need a senior (10+ years) Network security engineer with extensive experience in Palo Alto Firewalls and with Network security certifications. ****CANDIDATES NEED TO BE HYBRID ONSITE THREE DAYS A WEEK IN DEERFIELD BEACH **Candidates must have Long Projects/Good Tenure, Excellent communication skills and a State issued ID (Not Bills) showing they are Local.

ualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in network security engineering, with a focus on Palo Alto Networks technologies .
• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, GlobalProtect, and related products.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing advanced firewall features such as App-ID, Content-ID, User-ID, and Threat Prevention .
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPNs, etc.) and security frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and integrating Palo Alto firewalls in hybrid environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE )
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA ) or equivalent
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP )
