SWA Acquisitions, a rapidly growing real estate company, is seeking an experienced Acquisitions Specialist/Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated and skilled real estate professional who has a proven track record of closing deals and is actively involved in the Greater Atlanta real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify profitable investment opportunities in the Atlanta area, focusing on non-rural properties.
  • Generate direct-to-seller leads through websites, direct mail, bandit signs, and driving for dollars.
  • Maintain a proven track record of closing at least one deal per month in the Atlanta market.
  • Lead negotiations with property owners to secure favorable acquisition terms.
  • Perform financial, legal, and market analysis to evaluate potential acquisitions.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth acquisition process.
  • Provide regular updates on acquisition progress and key metrics.


Requirements:

  • Must be a self-sufficient lead generator with experience in real estate acquisition, wholesaling, or similar fields.
  • Proven ability to consistently generate multiple leads per month, with a track record over the past three months in the Atlanta, GA market.
  • Experience working independently to source and generate leads, without relying on daisy-chaining or external partnerships.
  • Comfortable adapting to market changes and working in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate software and tools for lead generation, property research, and analysis.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong listening skills to ensure effective lead qualification.
