Key Responsibilities:
- Identify profitable investment opportunities in the Atlanta area, focusing on non-rural properties.
- Generate direct-to-seller leads through websites, direct mail, bandit signs, and driving for dollars.
- Maintain a proven track record of closing at least one deal per month in the Atlanta market.
- Lead negotiations with property owners to secure favorable acquisition terms.
- Perform financial, legal, and market analysis to evaluate potential acquisitions.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth acquisition process.
- Provide regular updates on acquisition progress and key metrics.
Requirements:
- Must be a self-sufficient lead generator with experience in real estate acquisition, wholesaling, or similar fields.
- Proven ability to consistently generate multiple leads per month, with a track record over the past three months in the Atlanta, GA market.
- Experience working independently to source and generate leads, without relying on daisy-chaining or external partnerships.
- Comfortable adapting to market changes and working in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with real estate software and tools for lead generation, property research, and analysis.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong listening skills to ensure effective lead qualification.
