Director with a verifiable track record and great people skills.
As part of the management team, the Service Director will ensure the fixed operations department is run efficiently while maintaining the Damian Lillard Toyota culture.
Responsibilities:
- Carry on the incredible DLT culture of 5-star customer service while maximizing customer engagement and loyalty
- Lead and motivate an effective team of Service Advisors, Technicians and Detailers
- Hire, train and mentor new team members
- Develop pricing strategies to generate sufficient profit while maintaining customer loyalty
- Manage and motivate BDC Service team members to hit daily call numbers and support office staff as needed
- Manage used car reconditioning and repairs in partnership with sales management
- Ensure full compliance with manufacturer parts and warranty policies, procedures and rules
- Plan and execute marketing tactics and promotions on parts and service specials
- Forecast and track department and individual performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Automotive Service Manager – 1 year (required)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
Schedule (department hours):
- Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Saturday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
