Senior Trademark Attorney

Our client is a major international firm, seeking a Transactional IP and Trademark Attorney with 6-12 years of experience for its IP & Technology Practice in New York, Chicago, Washington, DC and St. Louis. The salary for this position is between $220k to $320k.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of domestic and international trademark and copyright experience, including clearance searches, prosecution, defense and enforcement, including DMCA IP litigation support.
• Trademark and copyright counseling experience.
• IP licensing and IP due diligence experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
• Excellent client skills; team focused.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
