9 - 12 years of experience and good knowledge on Payment products like Cross border Wires ACH and Real time Payments
In depth understanding of ISO 20022 payment messages SWIFT and Wire formats
Map user stories to deliver scope and business value of features defined by Business stakeholders
Perform detailed analysis of user stories Connect and come in agreement with involved partner systems regarding various mapping documents and communication protocols
Work closely with Development Testing Teams to explain and elaborate user stories
Support Development Team Testing Team throughout development testing respectively
Perform Test Case Reviews
Organize and drive user story walkthrough sessions with Business
Maintain user story backlog
Producing high level and detailed impact assessment to inform estimated effort for work packages
Excellent analytical and communication skills

Analyze and document business requirements for payment operations projects
Collaborate with development teams to provide technical guidance and ensure project alignment with business goals
Utilize Pega for designing and implementing business process management solutions
Provide insights into Realtime payment systems and NPP to enhance payment processing capabilities
Assist in the migration and integration of payment systems to AWS
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress
