-Assisting in risk management and patient safety initiatives within a healthcare organization

-Safety Event Classification & Reporting

- A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a healthcare-related field, or a Master’s degree with relevant experience.

-Recent clinical experience in an acute care setting or a combination of education and relevant experience.

-The position requires a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) or Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) certification within two years of hire.
