About the Role

The Supervisor, Cybersecurity Compliance will supervise the overall Global Compliance Program, ensuring effective coordination and communication between various units within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with the development and execution of annual and ongoing assessments
• Raise awareness of compliance requirements to stakeholders
• Support the strategy to mature current Compliance practices
• Collaborate with GRC leadership team to develop IT Compliance Framework
• Assist in developing executive dashboard reporting on compliance events
• Oversee the GCS IT Compliance program
• Identify opportunities for automation in compliance activities
• Supervise staff and provide training and support
• Respond to inquiries from stakeholders

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT compliance, audit, or related area
• Required Certifications: CISSP, CCEP, or CISA equivalent
• Years & Area of Professional experience: 5+ years in Information Technology and Information Security/Compliance
• Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer Skills: Knowledge in various compliance regulations such as PCI-DSS, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, etc.
