As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to read blueprints, manage and quote electrical projects ranging from $5,000 to $15,000,000. This role is critical to ensuring our projects are efficiently priced, executed, and supported from start to finish. You will work in an office environment, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and electricians to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accuracy and scope of electrical work.
• Prepare cost estimates and quotes for projects ranging from $5,000 to $15,000,000.
• Collaborate with project teams, electricians, and engineers to define project scope, schedules, and resources.
• Provide ongoing support to electricians in the field, assisting with troubleshooting, changes, and project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain competitive bids and manage procurement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Work effectively in a collaborative team environment, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electrical contracting, with a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems.
• Solid experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with estimating software and project management tools.
• Experience quoting projects ranging from small to large-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to support and troubleshoot for electricians in the field.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
