- Shift Hours : Admin shift; report between 7:30 AM-9:00 AM and complete an 8-hour day.

Job Overview :
Our client is seeking a motivated Senior Associate to join the team on a 2-year contract. This is a fully onsite role where you will provide cutting-edge analytical support and contribute to technology development impacting process and product development teams. This laboratory-based position will involve working cross-functionally and across Process Development sites, using analytical science to support the efficient development and scalable understanding of processes and products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform analytical testing using a variety of chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques.
- Support process development and scale-up activities in GMP and non-GMP environments.
- Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Document laboratory activities accurately and concisely using electronic systems and laboratory notebooks.
- Participate in general laboratory housekeeping and comply with safety guidelines and site-specific procedures.
- Complete assigned training and maintain up-to-date training records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals while demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Assist with capillary electrophoresis (CE) techniques; training will be provided if needed.
Basic Qualifications :
- Education : B.S. degree in Analytical Chemistry, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience : Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience performing analytical testing.
- Relevant advanced degrees or equivalent experience may also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in process development and scale-up activities.
- Proficiency in a broad array of chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques (Empower software experience preferred).
- Demonstrated independence and ability to deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
- High energy, multi-tasking capabilities, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
- CE experience is highly desirable but not required.
Top 3 Must-Have Skill Sets :
- B.S. degree with 2-3 years of laboratory experience running assays.
- Familiarity with capillary electrophoresis (CE) preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong teamwork and independent problem-solving skills.
