About Vibe

Vibe builds the Google Ads of Streaming. Democratizing access to Streaming Advertising for Small and Medium Businesses.

Our mission is to become the infrastructural backbone of the streaming advertising industry by building a more efficient & transparent marketplace than the current standard.

Vibe was founded in 2022 by two repeat entrepreneurs, engineers and adtech veterans, Arthur Querou (ex YCombinator) & Franck Tetzlaff (Doctolib Founder - $6B valuation e-health scaleup).

In its first 18 months, Vibe managed to:

  • Onboard over 2,000 clients
  • Achieve >$20M Revenue
  • Run over 1B ad impressions on TV

In 2024, we plan to achieve $60M revenue, and over $200M in 2025.

Our ultimate goal is to help 1,000,000 businesses to advertise on TV.

Your Mission

As we scale, we're constantly testing innovative ideas to drive growth. We're looking for a Program Manager to manage the cross-functional growth experiments and initiatives that currently fall outside our standard operating procedures, with an eye toward scaling/ operationalizing the successes, and learning from the failures. This will ensure that we can freely experiment while ensuring alignment with our overarching strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate Growth Experiments
  • Manage operational and analytics-related growth experiments, ensuring alignment with our infrastructure and overarching business strategy.
  • Partner with analysts, revenue operations, and GTM teams to validate and execute tests with measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee the execution of experiments like AE specialization tests or new lead sources.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the connector between revenue operations, analytics, marketing, lead generation, and events teams.
  • Lead coordination efforts for initiatives outside the day-to-day operations, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to track progress and address potential roadblocks.

  • Execute Operational Improvements
  • Handle non-scalable workstreams, such as managing one-off tests and updating lead subsets.
  • Ensure tests and experiments are executed in a way that provides actionable insights and supports long-term strategy.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to transition successful tests into formalized processes.

  • Develop and Optimize Processes
  • Maintain a strong understanding of existing infrastructure to ensure growth initiatives integrate effectively.
  • Coordinate efforts to test and validate proposed solutions to business problems before broad implementation.
  • Track and analyze the outcomes of experiments to inform decision-making.

We’d love to work with you if:

  • You have 2–3 years of experience, ideally supporting or working within a GTM, RevOps, or analytics team.
  • You have strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • You have an analytical mindset and are proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • You have experience executing V0-V1 projects and formalizing processes after initial success.
  • You are a clear communicator who excels in collaborative environments.
  • You are eager to learn technical tools like SQL and Looker.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, messy environments where experimentation and adaptability are key.
