We're Hiring: Process Engineer

Are you passionate about optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement? Join our team as a Process Engineer and play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize process parameters for new and existing product lines to improve efficiency and reduce scrap, rework, and downtime.
• Lead root cause analysis and troubleshoot manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and reliability.
• Develop and optimize PLC systems and maintain HMI interfaces to support production processes. Implement continuous improvement ideas and support the Engineering Change Process.
• Train production associates on new or revised operations standards and provide on-the-floor technical guidance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (preferably automotive).

Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI development.

Strong understanding of electrical control systems and automation in manufacturing.

Excellent communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
