A private equity backed financial services company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) who can effectively manage daily operations, provide strategic direction, and ensure the successful execution of our organizational goals and vision. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the business in alignment with established policies and our long-term vision, contributing to the continued success.
As a key member of the top executive team, you will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in our overall performance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Company’s CFO ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Key participant and presenter for all investor Operational Due Diligence (ODD) meetings.
- Lead the organization’s compliance function, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, including SEC regulations for an SEC Registered Investment Advisor.
- Work closely with outsourced Chief Compliance Officer to develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and training programs across all departments.
- Oversee the organization’s IT strategy, ensuring that technology systems and infrastructure support business operations, growth objectives, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with company’s managed service provider to ensure the security and integrity of company data, networks, and systems.
- Manage company’s HR functions including payroll, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy, including both financial and operational risks.
- Lead efforts to monitor and mitigate risks associated with finance, compliance, and IT, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of potential threats.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams and service providers across finance, compliance, IT, and HR departments, ensuring they are equipped to meet business needs and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
- MBA or advanced degree a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in administrative roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Preferred experience in managing finance, compliance, and IT teams, with a track record of delivering results across these functions.
- Preferred experience in investor relations and operational due diligence meetings.
- Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership.
- Experience with financial software systems, compliance tools, and IT infrastructure management.
