Job Description: The firm is looking for a skilled Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in litigation and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured parties. This role involves handling a caseload from inception through trial, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including pre-litigation and litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other necessary legal documents.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with paralegals and other team members to ensure smooth case progression.
• Keep up to date with changes in personal injury law and case law developments.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience handling plaintiff’s personal injury cases.
• Strong litigation experience, including trial preparation and courtroom experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• NYS Bar admission in good standing.
