Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and implement occupational health and safety programs.
• Perform EHS inspections and support injury reduction and sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze safety performance data to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Deliver EHS training and support behavioral-based safety initiatives.
• Conduct investigations for workplace injuries and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Interpret and apply OSHA, NIOSH, and ANSI standards to workplace safety.
• Participate in HazMat and medical emergency response activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant safety and industrial hygiene experience.
• Knowledge of Cal/OSHA regulations and ANSI standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; database management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Flexibility to support additional EHS initiatives, including environmental and sustainability efforts.
