We’re recruiting highly qualified attorneys for an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience.

The associate attorney in this role will have the opportunity to handle a broad range of business and commercial litigation matters including but not limited to:

High tech/BigTech company disputes, real estate, breach of contract, antitrust, intellectual property, securities, data privacy and cybersecurity, trade secrets, class actions, mass torts, white collar and government investigations, environmental law, health care, media, entertainment, and products liability.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of commercial/business litigation experience
• Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-approved law school
• Licensed to practice law in California
