Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas Bar.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in discovery, including depositions.
• Advocate for clients in court hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
