Role Description

This is a full-time in office or hybrid role for an Associate at our Client's office. The Associate will be assigned to a litigaton and trial team responsible for assisting with legal cases related to catastrophic injuries and wrongful death matters. Tasks will include conducting legal research, drafting discovery and motions, making court appearances, taking and defending depositions, and managing cases and clients. The role is primarily located in Thousand Oaks, CA, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation

Strong legal research and drafting legal documents skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in client representation and case management
