Responsibilities

1. In collaboration with our other US offices,
2. Manage campus recruiting efforts including:
3. law school outreach,
4. On-campus interviews, call backs, follow-up and
5. The LA summer
6. Manage Professional Development Programs including:
7. Initiating and developing programming for LA associates
8. Supporting firm management and operating committees on the associate retention programs and the performance management process.
9. Managing and maintaining personnel data for the LA attorneys.
10. Monitoring local market and staying informed with current market trends
11. Tracking and confirming attorney compliance with California Bar admission rules
12. Manage on-boarding and integration of newly hired law clerks and
13. Collaborate with the Diversity & Inclusion Committee on office-specific D&I initiatives
14. Contribute to an array of other programs as
15. Assist with HR Staff personnel matters and events as
16. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Four or more years’ experience in professional services
2. Bachelor’s degree
3. Knowledge of legal recruiting, associate development and/or human resources
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of personnel.

6. A self-starter who has the ability to work both independently and also collaboratively with the Talent Management team and firm leadership.
7. Ability to provide leadership and support for detailed and complex
8. Flexibility in the midst of multiple and/or changing priorities and
9. Integrity - strong professional and ethical standards; must observe confidentiality of personnel and Firm matters.
10. Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office Suite and familiarity with Asana, viRecruit or a similar recruiting database.
