Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor at Schumacher Dugan Construction, LLC in West Chester, OH. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, implementing quality control measures, ensuring construction safety standards, and managing project budgets.

Key Responsibilites

• Daily coordination of the entire construction project.
• Manage the project schedule and the safety of the project.
• Work closely with the Project Manager.
• Assist the Project Manager with developing and updating the project master schedule.
• Supervise Schumacher Dugan’s workforce on site.
• Oversee all trade subcontractors.
• Exhibit strong communication and technical skills.
• Conduct weekly project meetings on site and present updated schedules at these meetings.
• Provide daily work reports and photographs using Procore.
• Coordinate and document all project inspections.
• Complete the project closeout and punchlist.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Construction knowledge
• Experience in Quality Control and Construction Safety practices
• Drivers license in good standing.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of relevant construction regulations and codes
• Minimum 5 years experience as a commercial construction Superintendent.
• High School or GED Diploma.
• OSHA 10 hour certificate (or the willingness to obtain it)
