We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Engineering to lead and elevate our engineering operations in the dynamic food / beverage / fermentation / personal care industry. This executive role is central to driving innovation, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational excellence across our manufacturing and engineering functions. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strategic vision, leadership acumen, and a passion for delivering high-quality products to the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company goals, driving innovation in product development, manufacturing, and operational efficiencies.
• Process Optimization: Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
• Operations Management: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions, supporting smooth production workflows and supply chain effectiveness.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure alignment of engineering activities with company objectives.
• Electrical and Systems Engineering Oversight: Lead initiatives related to electrical systems, automation, and advanced engineering technologies, leveraging expertise in electrical and electronics engineering.
• Project Management: Manage large-scale engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years in engineering leadership roles within the food and beverage industry or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in process engineering, electrical systems, automation, and operational efficiency.
