We represent a Fortune 500 multinational insurance holding company looking for a corporate attorney to be part of the legal department’s strategic corporate transactions team and finance team. This person will support legal aspects of M&A and investments in partnership with the strategic development team.

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required:

• Juris Doctorate from a nationally recognized law school.
• Previous law firm experience required.
• Previous in-house experience preferred
• No less than 4 years of applicable experience with a primary focus on mergers & acquisitions.
• Admitted to practice in New York and in good standing in all jurisdictions in which you are licensed to practice.
