The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of case files, including document organization, calendaring deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
Translate legal documents and correspondence between English and Spanish.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and professional standards.
Assist with client intake and onboarding.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Case Manager or Paralegal in a litigation environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research databases.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
