An International Freight Forwarder a is looking for an Import Coordinator to join their team in New York.

Responsibilities;

• Planning import and export shipments
• Responsible for billing enquiries
• Negotiate trucking rates and handling costs
• Arranging freight and customs releases
• Monitor and coordinate the progress of each shipment daily
• Liaise with customers, carriers, and other offices

Skills Required;

• Experience handling Import shipments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Cargowise experience
• Experience working within a Freight Forwarder
• Excellent communication skills, excellent organization skills
