We are currently seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Associate to join their team in Boston MA.

We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in litigating civil matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Conduct depositions and examinations under oath
• Render opinions on liability, damages, and case valuation
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Maintain a commitment to providing high-quality client service
• Identify and resolve problems promptly
• Ensure timely work completion and meet deadlines
• Experience with general commercial litigation is a plus Qualifications:
• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for trials, hearings, depositions, and re-inspections

Comp is up to $170k + bonuses.
