Warehouse Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee all operations within our warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods by managing inventory levels, coordinating staff, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing space utilization to fulfill orders on time and accurately, while adhering to company policies and quality standards; key responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory control systems, coordinating shipping and receiving processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. 

Key Responsibilities:

?     Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

?     Manage inventory control, including monitoring stock levels and conducting regular audits.

?     Coordinate with the purchasing team to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stockouts

?     Maintain inventory records in the company’s system and ensure data accuracy.

?     Assist, through collaboration and experience, in the physical layout changes necessary to support inventory control and capitalize on efficiency opportunities.

?     Work with Operations to optimize production of electric tugs.

?     Work with Parts department to ensure timely shipment of customer orders.

?     Implement and maintain safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.

?     Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve processes.

?     Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

?     Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and equipment.

?     Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

?     Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (preferred).

?     Strong leadership and team management skills.

?     Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

?     Proficient in warehouse management systems (preferred experience specifically in Netsuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.

?     Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

?     Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment (if needed).
