What You’ll Do:

As a Commercial Superintendent , you’ll be at the forefront of operations, responsible for:

• Overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality .
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff , maintaining clear communication and ensuring safety compliance.
• Leading project planning, scheduling, and problem-solving to address any challenges that arise.
• Upholding our reputation for excellent client relationships by providing regular updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Driving adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices on every site.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction, ideally with exposure to ground-up and renovation projects .
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in sectors like K-12, healthcare, industrial or retail .
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams and ensure collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling tools.
• A passion for delivering quality and exceeding client expectations.
