We are partnered with a mid-sized general contractor with a proven track record of delivering exceptional projects across a variety of sectors. Their Healthcare division is growing, and they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in high-quality renovation projects and ground-up builds in the healthcare industry.

The Role


As Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site aspects of construction projects within the Healthcare division, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Whether you have previous healthcare construction experience or are eager to learn this specialized field, we are looking for leaders who are passionate about construction excellence and fostering a collaborative work environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, schedule, and supervise daily on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain project progress.
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, safety documentation, and progress reports.


What We’re Looking For


  • Proven experience as a Superintendent, preferably with expertise in renovation
  • Healthcare construction experience is a plus but not required; we’re open to candidates willing to learn from other backgrounds
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive team environment and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
