We're seeking an experienced construction Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a local position, requiring no travel. You'll manage day-to-day operations and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and material deliveries
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met on site
• Maintain open communication with project managers, clients, and team members
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project documentation

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar Superintendent role within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of building processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and solve problems effectively
