The Company: Our client is an established and rapidly growing General Contractor specializing in Municipal and Public Sector projects. With a strong foothold in these industries, they focus on projects in libraries, schools, airports, and other large-scale public and private facilities.

Position: They are seeking either a junior or experienced Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years estimating experience and preferably experience bidding on projects valued $10Million and upwards. This role is perfect for someone with a strong drive to succeed and a desire to grow within a company that offers substantial upward trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare hard bid, fixed price, sealed envelope estimates for projects ranging from $5 million to $100 million.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop comprehensive bids.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, costs, and best practices.
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure all bid submissions are timely and accurate.

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years' experience as an Estimator in the GC environment, with a focus on high-value projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Motivated and detail-oriented individual.
• Ability to work 5 days a week in the office.
