Job Title: Project Manager - Windows 11 Migration

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Windows 11 migration project at our hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing the migration of all hospital systems and devices to Windows 11, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with hospital staff, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the migration process.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee the technical aspects of the migration, including software compatibility, hardware requirements, and network configurations.
• Change Management: Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of Windows 11 by hospital staff.
• Training and Support: Coordinate training sessions for hospital staff on the new operating system and provide ongoing support during the transition period.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all systems and devices are thoroughly tested and validated post-migration to maintain hospital operations and patient safety.
• Reporting: Regularly report on project progress, budget status, and any issues or risks to hospital leadership.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11, and experience with large-scale IT migrations.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
