Insight Global is searching for a Project Manager. This role is responsible for a specific New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Management. This role requires previous NPI experience with new Technology products, including new hardware and firmware development. This role is responsible for various engineering, maintenance, and installation projects and will focus on both customer requirements and needs and contribute to internal product development. The role will require engagement with both customers and leveraging internal team to accomplish business goals and objectives. This position also must work with all customers across North America and the world. This position will work with leadership, product management, and the Q&P team to develop and manage all general quotes and proposals, including long-term purchase agreements and international projects.

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience working in project management, to include:
• Planning and estimating
• Scope, Schedule, Cost, Risk Management
• Driving projects through to completion
• Experience managing projects that include product hardware, firmware, and software development, as well as system integration.
• PMP Certification.
• Ability to travel as required to customers.
• Understanding Agile/Waterfall/Scrum.
• Great personality and energy to be front facing to customers.
