We are working with a leading general contractor during their search for a Superintendent to lead a high end commercial project in Naples. My client is looking to aggressively grow this business unit in 2025 so there is endless opportunity for the right candidate.



The ideal candidate will have 10 years+ experience with commercial builds - experience with office buildings and commercial kitchens is a plus

The role requires overseeing the field operations, managing the project team, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining communication with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and supplier

  • Education:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience:At least 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of managing commerci
  • al projects.Experience in overseeing on-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors

    Skills:Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budge
  • t management.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and mo
