Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at YouLand in Menlo Park, CA. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing advertising campaigns, analyzing customer feedback, and collaborating with sales teams to drive growth and brand awareness.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop & Execute Strategy: Build and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Lead Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, content, social media, and paid advertising.
- Brand & Messaging: Refine and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Performance & Analytics: Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance metrics to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Content & PR: Oversee content creation, blog posts, thought leadership, and PR efforts to enhance our industry presence.
- Website & SEO: Manage and optimize our website, ensuring strong SEO and conversion optimization.
- Sales & Product Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Budget & Vendors: Manage the marketing budget, external agencies, and vendors efficiently.
- Hands-On Execution: Be willing to dive into the details—writing copy, setting up email sequences, tweaking ad creatives, or posting on social media when needed
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate/construction/credit.
- Proven track record of driving growth and customer acquisition.
- Experience across multiple marketing channels, including digital, content, and demand generation.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills but also comfortable with execution and day-to-day tasks.
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field necessary
