Role Description

This is a full-time in person role as a Loan Processor at Youland. You will be responsible for managing the loan processing workflow and ensuring timely and accurate completion of loan operations. This includes reviewing loan applications, gathering required documentation, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate loan closings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading title documents a must
• Proficiency in reading entity documents a must
• Experience in construction lending preferred
• 2+ years experience in loan processing, underwriting, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial documents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in loan processing and understanding lender guidelines
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in the real estate or mortgage industry a must
• Previous experience in private money lending is a plus
