About the Role
?This role focuses on analyzing and assessing the effectiveness of mass marketing initiatives, including direct mail and email campaigns. The position provides support across Casino, Hotel, and Marketing departments, offering valuable insights to aid in decision-making and improve marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Direct Marketing Campaigns: Manage the planning, execution, and targeting of all mass and direct marketing initiatives.
- Create Dashboards & Reports: Design and maintain reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assess Marketing Campaigns: Evaluate the performance of hotel and direct marketing efforts, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Data Analysis Expertise: Proficient in tools such as Excel, SQL, and other analysis platforms. Familiarity with the gaming and hospitality sectors is a plus.
- Maintain Customer Database: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the customer database, supporting precise segmentation and targeting for marketing activities.
Requirements

- Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong foundation in data management and analytics.
- Experienced in the gaming or hospitality industries.
