About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by identifying and securing new client opportunities and building strong, lasting relationships within the Las Vegas and gaming sectors. This role requires a proven track record in sales and business development, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with frequent travel within the Las Vegas area to attend client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the staffing and gaming industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Lead contract negotiations and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Travel within the Las Vegas area for client visits, meetings, and business development activities.
- Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in sales and business development within the staffing or gaming industries.
- Strong understanding of the staffing and/or gaming sectors, including key players, trends, and challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable with regular travel within the Las Vegas region for client engagements.
- A self-starter with a high level of motivation, drive, and results-oriented mindset.
