We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Industry Partnerships Associate to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to generate new business revenue through our 200+ Industry partnerships and create strong relationships with stakeholders. You will join a highly collaborative and elite group of professionals who are charged with engaging with C-level executives, industry leaders, and former Government Executives to educate and advise potential clients on business incentives and high value services that will strengthen their business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Research, Confirm, Attend and Network at industry events and conferences to generate leads that alliantgroup can bring in new business
  • Foster and grow relationships with national Industry Associations and Alliances
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new prospects and build repeat business.
  • Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven campaign strategy to achieve sales goals
  • Responsible for developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, owning top funnel virtual events, and measuring results.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and performance metrics
  • Results, Data & Communication:
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
  • Provide regular, ongoing reporting, campaign insights, pacing toward goal and revenue. Guide efforts to create standardized marketing reporting and dashboards, presenting performance to the marketing department as well as stakeholders throughout the company.
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational abilities with a talent for multi-tasking and time management
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
