Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys is looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to not only elevate our brand but to lead the charge as we dominate the marketing landscape. From our iconic billboards to viral campaigns, we’ve built a reputation for creativity and results. Now, we need a seasoned pro to steer our social ship to new heights.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee high-impact social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Drive Results: Strategize, execute, and optimize advanced paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Oversee Content Creation: Direct the creative team to produce engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our audience.
- Analyze & Adapt: Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and report results with recommendations for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a talented team of social media specialists and creatives to achieve big results.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing department to align social media campaigns with broader initiatives and events.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to keep our strategy fresh and innovative.

Location: This role is in-office in Baton Rouge, LA

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, including paid advertising.
- A track record of managing high-budget ad campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Leadership experience, preferably managing social media teams or creative teams.
- Expertise in tools like Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, social media management tools such as Sprout Social and Brand24, and other analytics platforms.
- A passion for connecting with audiences and building communities.
