What You’ll Do:
As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the voice behind our brand, driving creative campaigns that engage, inform, and inspire. You’ll take the lead on everything marketing—from creating standout content to launching campaigns that make a difference.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:
Content Creation & Management:
- Share our story through compelling content for our website, blog, emails, and social channels.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to create impactful marketing materials like brochures, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and webinars to tell our brand story visually and dynamically.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid social ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to meet goals.
Market Research:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities in med-tech.
- Provide insights to refine and elevate our marketing strategies.
Brand Management:
- Ensure our brand stays consistent and impactful across all platforms.
- Update and enhance brand guidelines as we grow.
Collaboration:
- Work with sales, product development, and support teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Event Coordination:
- Organize and promote webinars, trade shows, and industry events.
- Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing—bonus if it’s in healthcare, med-tech, or software.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Experience with video production and editing tools is highly desirable.
