JustinBradley’s client, a boutique wealth management firm, is adding an Associate Advisor to their team. The firm's financial planning expertise and tailored approach in meeting the needs of their clients has resulted in steady growth and community recognition. They are eager to add a finance professional focused on value and culture. This role presents the opportunity to learn from experienced Advisors, develop a well-rounded understanding of all parts of the business.
Playing a key role in continuing the practice’s growth, the Associate Advisor will work directly with clients to perform reviews, market updates, trades and assist with financial, estate & retirement planning. The Associate Advisor will enjoy a collaborative environment and provide operational, administrative and client service support as they work with the Senior Practice Partner and other Lead Financial Advisors.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare and oversee client planning, onboarding and service
- Conduct investment reviews
- Maintain client and practice management data using CRM
- Successfully manage client relationships and grow existing investment clients.
Highlighted Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Series 7 and 66; and CFP, or actively pursuing CFP
- Exceptional organization and follow-through skills
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems
Compensation range: $70,000/year - $80,000/year
