JustinBradley's client, a leader in mortgage financing, is looking for a Workday Change Management Consultant. The Consultant will support the Talent Management team and the transition of all talent management capabilities from Oracle to Workday.
Responsibilities:
- Developing/updating job aids and quick reference guides for employees, managers, and HR partners.
- Supporting development of training and communications for how to conduct talent management processes (including succession planning, performance management, and talent reviews) in Workday.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for talent management processes.
- Updating internal team job aids and process documentation.
- Report testing and troubleshooting.
- Dashboard testing and troubleshooting.
- Helping troubleshoot post-go-live issues/resolve escalated tickets.
Desired Skillsets/Expertise:
- Workday HCM.
- Process documentation.
- Translating business/functional requirements to technical requirements.
- Technical troubleshooting.
- Foundational understanding of talent processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and resourcefully on critical time-sensitive projects.
- Capable of successfully managing cross-functional projects with limited direction.
- Exceptional process and procedure writing capabilities with ability to match writing style to audience.
- Ability to analyze/synthesize multiple documents and write procedures.
- Capable of building and maintaining a version control system to track revisions, updates, and approvals.
