  • Assist in due diligence efforts, including evaluating financials, assessing risks, and analyzing business operations.
  • Prepare investment committee presentations and supporting materials to communicate findings and recommendations.

Deal Sourcing

  • Support the identification and evaluation of software companies that align with the firm’s investment thesis.
  • Build relationships with entrepreneurs, intermediaries, and industry professionals to maintain a robust deal pipeline.

  • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record; CFA designation is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity; prior experience in the software or technology sector is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM tools or market research platforms is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Mindset: Demonstrated interest in technology and private equity, a collaborative team player, and an entrepreneurial thinker.

Compensation and Benefits:
