  • Perform detailed underwriting of real estate assets, including financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal committees and investors.
  • Support due diligence efforts, including coordinating with external consultants, reviewing property-level documents, and conducting site visits.

Asset Management:

  • Monitor the performance of portfolio assets, including financial performance, operational efficiency, and market positioning.
  • Work closely with property management and operational teams to implement strategies that enhance asset value and maximize returns.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and updates for senior management and investors.
  • Identify opportunities for value creation, including renovations, re-positioning, or operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis and IRR calculations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Knowledge of the US real estate market and broader residential trends is highly desirable.

My client offers:

  • Opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a growing, dynamic firm.
