Leeds Professional Resources is working with a company in Atlanta that is looking for a Commercial Construction Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial construction projects with values ranging from $1M to $10M.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to create scopes of work and manage project deliverables.
• Lead all phases of construction, including preconstruction, execution, and closeout.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards while mitigating risks.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Use project management software, including ProCore and AccuMatica, for tracking, reporting, and forecasting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction, tenant build-outs, and general commercial project types.
• Proficiency in ProCore and AccuMatica software
