Production Manager
Onsite in Columbia, MD
65-70/HR
Production Manager for a key Government program using the latest products in our voice & data product line. Primary responsibilities include the planning, execution, monitoring and control of all production and delivery of system hardware.
Requirements:
- Provide accurate and timely reports to internal upper management regarding the progress, risks, and challenges on an on-going basis
- Prepare, support, and participate in meetings, reviews and working groups with the Government customer to ensure complete success of the program implementation
- Perform on-going risk management assessment to ensure potential problems are identified and fully mitigated prior to any negative impacts
- Develop and manage a detailed production and delivery schedule
Qualifications:
- ME/MS with 10+ years of experience or BS with 15+ years of experience (This is a hard requirement).
- Strong background in manufacturing, integration, and program management with years of applicable experience with Government customers in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in production and program management
- High levels of proficiency in all standard software applications including MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access
- Proven ability to manage and schedule complex programs
- Proven ability of risk management and risk avoidance
