Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Motivation & Efficiency: Implement strategies to inspire employees and enhance production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and overall efficiency.
• Problem Resolution: Collaborate with technical and administrative staff to address and resolve production or processing issues.
• Quality Control Systems: Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing data to identify and solve production problems.
• Staff Management: Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff, addressing personal grievances and ensuring a productive work environment.
• Product Standards: Set and monitor product standards to guarantee high-quality finished products.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and personnel records.

• Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate's degree in business or a related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in production management.
