Job Description:

As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in managing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires expertise in Commercial Storefronts, Curtain Walls, Window Walls, and Metal Panels. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial construction and demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Supervise subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and architects to resolve on-site challenges.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Monitor project schedules, track progress, and address any delays or issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed documentation of project activities.
• Provide hands-on support for installation and construction tasks when necessary.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on Glass and Glazing projects.
• Proven expertise in Commercial Storefront, Curtain Wall, Window Wall, and Metal Panel systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
• Must be local to the Raleigh, NC area or willing to relocate.
